Fellside Lodge & Heather View are Saturday to Saturday booking
All Rowling End properties are Friday to Friday bookings
Terms and Conditions Booking Information.
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with your booking.
The balance and a separate housekeeping bond of £100.00 will be due 6 weeks before your holiday.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date the full amount is required. If you have to cancel your holiday please notify me as soon as possible and we will try to re-let the cottage for you. If we succeed the amount we receive will be refunded to you up to the total amount paid.
We recommended that you consider taking out suitable holiday insurance.
Other Information
The property will be available from Friday or Saturday 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate by 10.00am so the cottage can be prepared for the next guests.
All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.
All electricity and heating is provided.
We ask for a separate £100.00 cheque as a good housekeeping bond with the final balance 6 weeks before your holiday.This will be returned to you after your holiday, when the property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
Dogs are welcome at a no extra charge.
All the cottages are Non-Smoking.
Please advice of any brackages so they can be replaced.
